Bigger is better - full costume, hair and makeup!

Heels are highly recommended; This is a sultry style show.

Closed toe shoes required on catwalk - no heels! (Worcester)

All performers must be present for the Cast & Crew meeting. Meeting time can be found on the Production Schedule which is email to all cast & crew 1 week prior to the event.

Appropriate coverage is required - nip, lips & tips.

Audience interaction is highly encouraged. Consent is required: if they look uncomfortable, move on.

Music cannot exceed 3 minutes unless explicitly approved. We will stop your music mid song!

Tech forms will be sent out prior to the show to finalize music, indicate props, designate pole orientation, etc.

All props, including human props, MUST be submitted within 48 hours of show. Any props not submitted ahead of time are not the responsibility of our stage crew, may not be placed or removed by stage crew and there are no promises you will get it back.

  • Unless otherwise specified, any human props must purchase a ticket to the event.

  • You may NOT use venue staff or backstage crew as your human prop.

  • Human props must be over the age of 18 at the time of the show.

Venue (Philly)

The event is located at the Velvet Whip (319 N 11th St, Philadelphia).

The Velvet Whip is not handicap accessible; It is located in a basement and there are approximately 10 stairs to enter.

There is street parking or a few garages surrounding the venue.

The usage of sirens, strobe lights and other special effects may occur.

There are 2 small dressing rooms with mirrors and lighting.

STAGE: see images below. For reference, in the photos, Kim’s height and arm width is 5’-8”. The stage is approximately 7ft deep and 12 ft wide (curtain to curtain). Approximate stage dimensions - 9ft height, 7ft depth, 12 ft width.

apparatuses (philly)

The stage includes a semi permanent 45mm X-Pole (coated) and two dead rig aerial points. All aerialists must provide their own aerial equipment and rigging hardware. Pole is approximately 9ft height, 3ft from front of stage, 5ft from back of stage, 6ft from sides of stage.

Venue (Worcester)

The event is located at the JMAC (20 Franklin St, Worcester).

The JMAC is handicap accessible.

There is street parking or a few garages surrounding the venue.

The usage of sirens, strobe lights and other special effects may occur.

No fire, fog, smoke or spraying water of any kind.

Dressing rooms with mirrors, lighting, refrigerator and private restrooms are located downstairs. Stairs are backstage next to the restroom behind house rise right seating (see image below).

STAGE: see images below. The “stage” is floor level with stadium seating. The aerial rig will be furthest back towards the brick wall/catwalk with 2 poles framing it.

We often share our event date with PRIDE WORCESTER. The Worcester Pride festival may be happening on the same day of the event. Please plan ahead for parking and come early to get the full experience.

Apparatuses (Worcester)

Pole: 45mm chrome X-Stage stage poles (approximately 4’ between poles, approximately 6’ between poles & audience) Poles set to spin.

Aerial Rig (ludwig): approximately 14’ rig height, located behind & between poles

  • aerial apparatuses & rigging equipment (provided by artists)

  • 2” gymnastic mats underneath aerial rig

“stage” area, catwalk can be used but access is backstage
