IN THIS LESSON

Floorwork is a simple style of dance that we can easily practice from home. Based on the floor, this style of dance is comfortable for beginners because there is very little room for error. In this video, we talk about what is best to wear, why we may want knee pads and heels options. Because we are a pole dance based company, we discuss pole dance heels but you could also wear street heels as well.
