Intro to Chair

Chair dance is an accessible way to begin your dance journey requiring only a chair as your apparatus. In this video we discuss what to wear, different types of chairs for dancing and their various size constraints, sliding around on the chair while avoiding letting the chair itself slide and optionally dancing in heels. As with all types of dance, there are many facets to chair dance so we begin with simple movements and build progressively as we go.
